Edie is the owner/broker of Lucerne Valley Properties, Inc. She has been in the real estate field for over 25 years and a Lucerne Valley resident for over 20 years. Her first few years were primarily in residential property management and leasing and residential property development. She is knowledgeable of conventional frame construction, manufactured homes, and land in Lucerne Valley and the high desert area. Her real estate experience is both professional and personal since she is also a real estate investor.

She is very experienced and knowledgeable of the diverse housing industry in Lucerne Valley and the high desert area. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, she currently works with buyers and sellers of homes and land. She also works with investors in the area of tenant qualifying and placement.

Another one of her assets is the ability to speak fluent Spanish. Therefore, the services of client relations and customer service are provided in both Spanish and English. Her goal is to provide personal service with professional results to all of her clients.

Edie is currently a member of the High Desert Association of Realtors and serves on one of their boards. She is a recent addition to the Lucerne Valley Economic Development Association board, and she also has the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

When she is not busy with community real estate, she can be found enjoying her grandchildren, her furry friends, and tortoises.

Nikki is deeply rooted in the community of Lucerne Valley, having been born and raised here. She began finding her passion for real estate as she assisted her family with their rental properties at age 16. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from California State University, Fullerton. After college, she returned home and continues to be a resident of Lucerne Valley.

Nikki has been a member of Lucerne Valley Properties, Inc. since its inception in 2017. Like the company motto, Nikki strives to provide personal and professional service to all of her clients. Once you meet Nikki, it’s easy to see why more than 90 families called her for help buying and selling properties in 2020.

When Nikki isn’t in the office, you can find her volunteering at her church or enjoying time with her husband and fur babies.

Jasmin is a licensed real estate agent that lives and works in Lucerne Valley and knows the area very well. She provides personal and professional service by assisting home and land buyers in the high desert area. Jasmin speaks fluent Spanish and English and is happy to serve both buyers and sellers in their preferred language. Her career and purpose come together when she exercises her fiduciary duty to her clients with the common goal of closing transactions.
